POWER-STUD+ SD1 (also known as Stud Anchors, Hilti KB-TZ, Trubolt, and Strong-Bolt)
The Power-Stud+ SD1 anchor is a fully threaded, torque-controlled, wedge expansion anchor which is designed for consistent performance in cracked and uncracked concrete. Suitable base materials include normal-weight concrete, structural sand-lightweight concrete and concrete over metal deck. The anchor is manufactured with a zinc plated carbon steel body and expansion clip. Nut and washer are included.

SMART DI+ DROPINS (also known as Hilti HDI-L and Multi-Set)
The Smart DI+ is an all-steel dropin style anchor. The patented Smart DI+ drop-in design reduces the amount of force required to set the anchor by up to 50%. The cylindrical plug design concentrates more expansion at the bottom of the anchor to maximize performance.

The Snake+ anchor is an internally threaded, self-tapping screw anchor designed for performance in cracked and uncracked concrete. Suitable base materials include normal-weight concrete, structural sand-lightweight concrete and concrete over metal deck. The Snake+ screw anchor is installed with a power tool and a Snake+ setting tool. A hammer is not used for installation.

The Wedge-Bolt+ anchor is a one piece, heavy duty screw anchor with a finished hex head. It is simple to install, easy to identify and fully removable. The Wedge-Bolt+ has many features and benefits that make it well suited for many applications in a variety of base materials. The anchor is designed for consistent and reliable performance in cracked and uncracked concrete.

The Hollow-Set™ Dropin anchor is designed for anchoring in hollow base materials such as hollow concrete block, brick with weep holes and hollow core pre-cast concrete plank. It can also be used in solid base materials. Hollow masonry materials often have a minimum outer wall thickness of 1-1/2". During the drilling process, spalling on the back side of the wall often decreases the wall thickness available for anchoring to 1" or less. The design of the Hollow-Set™ Dropin overcomes this problem.

The Lok-Bolt™ anchor is a pre-assembled single unit sleeve anchor available in carbon steel and stainless steel which can be used in concrete, block, brick and stone. Extension sleeves are added to create longer lengths.

MINI DROPIN (also known as Hilti HDI-P Short Drop-In, Red Head RX Drop-In)
The Mini Dropin is a carbon steel, machine bolt anchor for use in shallow embedment applications. Besides, solid concrete and hollow core concrete plank, it can be used in hard stone and solid block. It may also be used in overhead applications.

The Power-Bolt™ anchor is a heavy duty sleeve style anchor which is vibration resistant and removable. It is available with a finished hex head or flat head with a hex key insert and can be used in concrete, block, brick, or stone.

STEEL DROPIN (also known as Hilti HDI Drop-In, Red Head RL Drop-In)
The Steel Dropin is an all-steel, machine bolt anchor available in carbon steel and two types of stainless steel. It can be used in solid concrete, hard stone, and solid block. A coil-thread version for forming applications is also available.

The Zamac Hammer-Screw® is a unique, one-step drive anchor featuring a Phillips type head and a screw thread for use in concrete, block, brick or stone. With a body formed from corrosion resistant Zamac alloy and a carbon or stainless steel drive screw, this anchor has been developed by Powers as an improvement over standard nailin anchors.

NYLON NAILIN® (also known as Hilti HPS-1 Impact Anchor, Nylon Drive, and Tap-It)
The Nylon Nailin® is a pin drive anchor with a body formed from engineered nylon and nails available in carbon and stainless steel. The anchor can be used in concrete, block, or brick. This anchor is not recommended for applications overhead.

The Lag Shield™ is a screw style anchor designed for use with lag bolts. It is suitable for use in concrete and the mortar joints of block or brick walls. Lag Shield™ anchors are formed from Zamac alloy. In harder masonry materials, short style Lag Shields are used to reduce drilling time. The long style version is used in soft or weak masonry to better develop strength.

AC100+ GOLD (also known as Hilti HY 150 MAX (MAX-SD), Simpson AT*Red Head Epcon A7*)
The AC100+ Gold is a two-component adhesive anchoring system. The system includes injection adhesive in plastic cartridges, mixing nozzles, dispensing tools and hole cleaning equipment. The AC100+ Gold is designed for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar hardware into drilled holes in concrete base materials.

BANG-IT & WOOD KNOCKER(also known as Hilti HCI-WF / HCI-MD, Simpson Blue Banger)
Bang-It Concrete Inserts are designed for installation through pre-drilled metal composite deck (i.e. “pan deck”) used to support a newly poured concrete floor or roof slab. Depending upon the size/color chosen, the protective sleeve protrudes below the surface of the deck allowing overhead attachment of steel threaded rod in sizes ranging from 1/4” to 7/8” in diameter.

Wood-Knocker Concrete Inserts are installed onto wooden forms used to support a newly poured concrete floor slabs, roof slabs or walls. When the forms are stripped, the color-coded flange is easily seen embedded in the concrete surface allowing attachment of steel threaded rod or threaded bolts in sizes ranging from 1/4” to 3/4” in diameter.

CONCRETE ANCHORS (also known as Hilti Kwik Con, Tapcon, Tappers, and Titan Masonry Screw)

The TAPPER Anchoring System is a family of screw anchors, specially designed drill bits and installation tools designed to meet the needs of most light to medium duty applications in concrete, block and brick. The TAPPER concrete screw anchor is produced in either hex washer head or Phillips flat head styles from Perma-Seal™ coated or zinc plated carbon steel and Type 304 stainless steel.  For heavy duty applications, the 3/8” size is made in zinc plated carbon steel.

Powers Tappers are designed for:
